Winter Wellness 101 is a resource that I have developed as a guide that Teachers can use to boost their health and wellbeing during Winter.

I was inspired by my own journey as a Classroom Teacher and noticing that the majority of Staff and Student absences would be during the Winter months.

These are simple and practical tips that you can take on board to support you in feeling at your best in the Winter months of school.

This is a FREE resource as everyone deserves to feel at their best, so that they can show up as Educators and offer the best possible experiences for their Students regardless of what season of the year it is.
