Teacher Wellness 101: 10 Simple Steps for Teacher Maintenance is a simple guide that I put together to help Teachers check-in with themselves regularly and keep a check on their own health and wellbeing.
There is a Weekly Tracking Sheet that can be printed and laminated to help Teachers to keep track of the wellbeing steps that they have included into their day. At the bottom of this is a box for writing a reflection of what they included into their week and what they might like to include more of in the next week.
Following on from here, is a Visual Display for the Classroom, which can help serve as a visual reminder for Teachers' own classrooms or for a communal area, such as a staffroom. I think these kinds of reminders are essential in helping Teachers to maintain a healthy balance with their work at school.
