A-Z of Enriching Teachers' Professional Development

A-Z of Enriching Teachers' Professional Development is a resource that I have developed in response to Teacher's complaining about how much they dislike Staff Development Days in general.

This as a guide and a journal that Teachers can use to reflect on their own Staff Development needs.

I was inspired by my own experiences as Teacher and a Facilitator of Staff Development and created a list of key ideas to consider in order for effective Teaching and Learning to take place at Staff Development Days.

Understanding and applying these ideas towards Teachers' Professional Learning can support them in developing a positive attitude and sharing valuable experiences, which translate into more effective practices in their own Classrooms.

This is a FREE resource as the impacts of these attitudes and mindsets underpin the quality work that ALL Teachers are capable of.

In this resource, you will learn about:

- An A-Z of ideas to support you in appreciating and valuing your Staff Development experiences.

- The value of reflective practice through reflecting and keeping track of your own Professional Learning.

Thanks for checking this out and I hope that this resource is valuable in your own practise as an Educator.

PS. Hello fellow Teacher-Friend.

While you are in a state of Mindfulness, you may find yourself receiving insights and impressions from beyond your physical mind and existing knowledge. This is your Intuition and it is activated when you are in a Mindful, aware state. Do you consider yourself Intuitive? Do you ever pick up the phone, with a hunch or knowing that you know who it's going to be? Have you ever felt a sudden urge to check on certain students on the playground, only to find yourself intervening and preventing a playground incident before it has even happened? This is your intuition speaking and each and all of us are naturally Intuitive. You can learn more about your intuition through a personalised Coaching and Development Session with Nathan, listening to our Podcast or participating in one of our Online Courses.
