A-Z of Enriching Teachers' Professional Development is a resource that I have developed in response to Teacher's complaining about how much they dislike Staff Development Days in general.
This as a guide and a journal that Teachers can use to reflect on their own Staff Development needs.
I was inspired by my own experiences as Teacher and a Facilitator of Staff Development and created a list of key ideas to consider in order for effective Teaching and Learning to take place at Staff Development Days.
Understanding and applying these ideas towards Teachers' Professional Learning can support them in developing a positive attitude and sharing valuable experiences, which translate into more effective practices in their own Classrooms.
